How does this get designed this way? How does this get through multiple reviews including PHA’s without being noticed? How does this get built without someone catching this? How does operations accept this? It is baffling that this actually got built exactly as shown on the P&ID. Notice the filter bypass comes off inside the filter isolation valve. This makes the bypass totally useless!!! It is truly baffling that this got built this way! SMH
