River City Engineering offers on-site services to directly support our clients’ operations, both in the control room and in the field.
P&ID Walkdowns & Drawing Support
River City Engineering (RCE) provides support to maintain as-built P&IDs by walking down drawings and updating them to reflect current piping, fittings, and equipment. We ensure drawings are accurate and representative of existing conditions. RCE can also assist in updating Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs) , and Heat and Material Balances (H&MBs).
Startup Support
RCE offers comprehensive assistance during startup and turnaround operations, including operator training, commissioning checks, leading purge operations, assisting with the dryout of cryogenic plants, board training, and troubleshooting during startup.
Tower & Vessel Inspections
RCE performs internal inspections for towers and vessels to ensure internals are in proper locations and orientations, as well as to troubleshoot operations. While RCE does not offer API 570 inspections, we provide thorough review to offer valuable operational insights.
